Clear, timely, informed communication is key to a successful outsourcing engagement. Caepro attaches great importance to offering superior communications to its clients. The product knowledge of its engineers and their experience delivering projects to multi-site global automotive clients help considerably. To improve on this crucial element still further, Caepro provides two services as standard to all our clients:

I. Client website
Each of Caepro’s clients has access to a secure area where they can submit,
monitor and review their projects. This capability allows the client to gain access to information related to their projects at anytime and from anywhere. The client area uses the latest in encryption technology protocols to protect the privacy and intellectual property of the client.

II. On-site support
Caepro provides an experienced engineer on-site at the client at regular intervals throughout the project to aid with the information flow between itself and the client. This engineer enhances the client’s control of the project by helping to clarify technical issues and provide regular feedback to the client as the project progresses.
